It's fun to date people you are not interested in. You never have to worry about impressing the other person. You can just be yourself and let the other person work his charm, if there is any. And without infatuation there to impair your judgement, you never have to worry about messing things up by "moving too fast". I wish I found this out earlier. Eating for free is so great! The part I haven't figured out is, how do you let the other person know that you are not interested in that way? I tried suggesting to him that the next time we go out we tell strangers that we are brother and sister. I don't think he got the hint...
